Successful students get a first class opportunity to showcase their skills and personality, whilst gaining valuable work experience with a top company. EPS Maintenance
EPS specialise in maintenance, refurbishments and new installations and require plumbers, electricians and gas engineers to work on contracts across North London. Students interested should have a minimum City & Guilds Level 2 in either plumbing (6129) or electrical (2330), or be working towards their gas qualification. It would also be preferable if you had some practical experience too.

Kier Group work placement
Kier Group is a leading construction group offering opportunities for work placements (of varying lengths of time) where you could work within a Kier Group Division, located around the UK. Successfully completing the placement can give you valuable skills and provide you with the opportunity to undertake some onsite assessments for your NVQ.
To be eligible for this placement, you will need to have successfully completed your City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate (6129) and be registered for your NVQ.

Streamline work experience with the opportunity to become an employed engineer
Streamline is a growing company which specialises in fitting, replenishing and servicing water cooler machines. They have opportunities for newly qualified people to work with their engineers for two weeks, which could then lead to you joining Streamline as an employed engineer.
Work experience is available in 33 locations throughout the UK (including London, Glasgow, Cardiff, Leicester, Newcastle, Colchester and Plymouth).
To be eligible, you will need to have successfully completed your City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate (6129).
